Who we are

Bricks SEO is operated by Razeen Baig, R-819, Block 1, Federal B Area, Karachi, Pakistan. This policy explains what personal data we collect...

For the purposes of GDPR, Bricks SEO is the data controller for account and license data. Paddle is the data controller for payment data and acts as our merchant of record. Our email and hosting providers act as data processors on our behalf.

What we collect

Account details: your name and email address.
Purchase records: order number, plan and renewal date. Payment itself is handled by Paddle.
License data: your license key, the URLs of sites where it is activated, and the plugin version.
Support messages: anything you send us when you ask for help.

The Bricks SEO plugin does not include telemetry or analytics. It only contacts our servers to check and update your license and to deliver updates.

To create and manage your account and licenses.
To deliver plugin downloads and updates.
To answer support requests.
To prevent fraud and keep our services secure.
To meet legal and tax obligations.

Payments

Paddle is the merchant of record for all purchases. Paddle collects and processes your payment details under its own privacy policy, available at https://www.paddle.com/legal/privacy. We never see or store your full card number.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in to your account. We do not use any analytics or tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the account area may stop working.

Who we share data with

We share data only with service providers who help us run Bricks SEO, and only what they need to do their job.

Paddle, for payments and invoicing.
Resend, for account and support emails.
Contabo, for hosting the website and account portal.
Cloudflare, for DNS and content delivery.

We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep account and license records for as long as your account is open, and for the period the law requires for tax and accounting records. Support messages are kept for 24 months. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Correct data that is wrong.
Ask us to delete your data.
Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
Object to or restrict certain processing.
