We sell annual and lifetime licenses to the Bricks SEO WordPress plugin. Each license grants you the right to install and use the plugin on a specific number of WordPress sites, as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase. A license does not transfer ownership of the software; it grants you a right to use it under these Terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your payment details are collected and processed by Paddle under their own terms and privacy policy. We never see or store your full card number.

By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms, available at https://www.paddle.com/legal/terms.

When you purchase a license, you receive a license key by email. You activate this key inside the Bricks SEO plugin on your WordPress site. Each activation is tied to a specific domain. You can deactivate a site at any time from your account portal or from within the plugin, which frees up the activation slot for use on another site.

We reserve the right to revoke a license that is being abused, without refund.

Your license includes access to updates and support for the duration of the license period. Updates are delivered automatically through your WordPress admin. Support is provided by email at support@bricksseo.com.

When your license expires:

You can renew at any time to resume updates and support. Renewal pricing is displayed on our pricing page.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. See the Refund Policy for full details.

You agree not to use Bricks SEO for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or the servers of other users. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.

Bricks SEO, including its code, design, documentation, and branding, is owned by us and protected by copyright. Your license grants you the right to use the software, not to own it. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the plugin except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by applicable law.

Bricks SEO is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the plugin will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every WordPress installation, theme, or plugin. You are responsible for testing the plugin on your own site before relying on it in a production environment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of Bricks SEO, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the plugin after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
